On this basis, the February 2024 report was delayed.

The issue of the interruption of telecommunication networks in all cities and states of Sudan was reflected in the following: Bankak application which is relied on by many Sudanese families, putting families in safe states in a state of food anxiety, as there is no cash liquidity that guarantees families purchases. On top of this, comes the expansion of violations against citizens in Gezira State, North Kordofan - and South Kordofan. In addition, the local units of the Observatory monitored the cessation of collective kitchens "takaya" that provide food to citizens in Khartoum State.
